I wanted to post a quick note today informing you that I will not be writing during the month of September. I have some lengthier military training going on (some across the country even), and will therefore not be making any updates to DividendPartisan during that time.
We've been working tirelessly in preparation for this training (avg 14hr work day) that ultimately will validate our unit to deploy to Afghanistan. As a result, my entire focus needs to be on this training until the exercise is complete. If you would like to know more, leave me a message in the comments section, and I'll go into more details.
I will resume regular posting in the beginning of October and will be sure to cover what happened with my portfolio - purchases and sales, dividends received, etc. from September.

ReplyDeleteBTW, nice blog and I am not sure if you know there is a site discussing the government TSP retirement. It may give you more resources on how to handle your TSP portfolio.
The site is http://www.tsptalk.com. Most members there are government civilians and military personnel. I am a civilian and just retired from the Army yesterday.
